PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Please immediately notify My First Aid Kits.com of any defect in any Product of which you become aware.
Returns for reasons other than defective merchandise must be approved and returned within 30 days of purchase date.
Cancellations must be received before order is processed.
If you return an order without pre-authorization, return may be subject to refusal or subject to redirect fee if returned to the incorrect warehouse.
Products may only be returned if such Products are defective in materials or workmanship or otherwise not as specified in Customer’s written order or First Aid Only’s (FAO) packing slip accompanying the Products.
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for returned Product and Customer will be responsible for freight to return product to FAO.
20% restocking fee on all returns and cancellations; only unopened product accepted for return; all returns must be pre-authorized. Customer is responsible for Shipping and Handling each way. |
