SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer shipping nationwide -- rates will vary by dollar amount of order, type of shipping selected and destination. Some of these fees are available through the online checkout process.
If you do not find the shipping option you require during the checkout process, please call us ato our toll free number (877) 750-7927.
1. Orders will be shipped 72 hours from receipt of order. 48 State orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days via FedEx Ground or similar carrier. Our standard shipping is 1-14 business days, but most orders ship within 72 hours via FedEx ground, thereby arriving earlier, however, we cannot guarantee anything other than our stated policy of 1-14 business days, unless you pay for Express Shipping.
2. Orders requiring quicker turnaround will incur the following special handling fees: Next-day shipments or 24-hour shipments will incur a $25.00 handling fee plus freight. Customers may request quotes for Express shipping. $100 minimum order for Express Shipping / Express Quotes. Express delivery quotes begin the day after order and payment are received.
3. For orders with a net value at or exceeding $1,500, the price shall be inclusive of UPS/FedEx/Roadway or USPS Ground freight.
4. For orders with a net value at or less than $1,499, MyFirstAidKits.com (“MFAK”) shall charge Customer packing plus the cost for shipping UPS/FedEx/Roadway or USPS Ground.
5. If Distributor specifies other types of shipping terms than stated above, MFAK shall charge customer the difference between carriers referenced above and other specified shipment requirements.
6. For Shipments outside the Continental U.S., above shipping terms will apply to consolidation point within the contiguous Customer is responsible for transportation, documentation and all associated fees from consolidation point to shipment’s destination.
7. FAO is not liable to Customer for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery of Products.
8. If we’re unable to fill an order because of insufficient stock we will notify Customer and either ship partial and backorder; or ship partial and cancel backorder. Freight to complete shipments will be pre-paid to MyFirstAidKits.com (“MFAK”).
9. Overweight fees apply to certain heavy items such as Cold Packs, Eye Wash, Emergency Survival Food, and other extremely heavy items. These overweight fees will be added to product purchase price in your online shopping cart, or will be added to your shipping total if you order by fax or mail. |
